i once pulled off a running FH winner round the outside of the net post,
during a doubles match,the feeling was stupendous

LoL addie.... that was a good one... I once did that to redcaffeine here with a driving single handed backhand to his body, he was in front of the net & I really wanted to hit him & hopefully cause some serious injuries... LMAO..... I really hate net players especially in doubles & everytime I play doubles, there're bound to be some driving volleys or overheads towards the net guy... intentionally

I just remembered. I once made an inside-out backhand during a normal hitting session with my colleague. I was aiming for down the line, but it turned out better than that. We both just stood there and watched as the ball landed at the very corner of the court, clipping the baseline. My hitting partner spontaneously blurted, "You suck."

I smiled and apologized because that shot was waaay better than expected.

It was 4-5, and the point was 40-40, and my opponent is serving to my deuce court. He served to my backhand, and the served was so fast, i had to slice for a return. My opponent, using his lefty forehand to hit a heavy in-in forehand. Oh god.. his shot was so heavy... At this moment, nothing was on my mind. No game plan, i just want to return the ball, and along the way, i wanted to sulk him into my game. My opponent was moving very well on that day, and hit a heavy forehand to my backhand which left me no choice but using slice as a defense. On my forehand, i had to use a defensive top spin(a high looping ball) to counter his aggression. I could not recalled how many times had we traded shots, but, again i have to use slice.. To my surprise.. my opponent hit with a drop shot added with a side spin, he left me with no choice.. but with only this.
